Hi, I’m caroline – person-centred and integrative counsellor
I provide compassionate and person-centred counselling in Canberra and online, to support thoughtful individuals navigate the pressures of life, work and relationships. I have a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and I am currently finalising a Masters in Counselling and registration with the Australian Counselling Association.
If you think deeply about the world, are tired of carrying burdens alone or are trying to make sense of it all, then you’ve come to the right place. I provide calm, thoughtful and grounded counselling, where you get to take a break from the noise and just be yourself. A place where you can explore what you think and feel about experiences you carry, without judgement or pressure. A place to reconnect with what really matters to you and redefine how you show up for your life.
When you’re ready, I draw on emotion-focussed, attachment and creative therapies to explore with you the patterns, beliefs and deeper emotions that may be impacting your experiences. Deeper work like this can lead to lasting changes in healing, clarity and confidence. I also integrate evidence-based strategies to help you manage stress and overwhelm, so you can spend more time feeling calm and focused.

A 60-minute session with a concession rate for individuals under 25 years of age.

standard session
from $150
A 60-minute session for individuals to explore several aspects of life with compassion and support.

extended session
from $220
A 90-minute session for individuals to take time exploring emotional and relational patterns, and heal from past experiences.

relationships
from $250
A 60 or 90 minute session for couples, families or friends to explore relationships, communication, and work towards shared goals. Waitlist only.
